The Colonials won game one, 8-4, before the Black Knights rebounded for a 4-2 win on Saturday night. RMU won the series Sunday night, erasing an Army 1-0 lead to win the decisive game three, 3-1, and move on to the quarterfinals. The Huskies and Colonials split their two meetings this season, both in Storrs. UConn got a hat-trick from senior Billy Latta 14 (CLAS) and a pair of goals from fellow senior Brant Harris 14 (CLAS) on the way to a 5-1 win. In game two, the Colonials flipped the script, with a 6-1 RMU win. Mens hockey senior goaltender Matt Grogan 14 (CLAS).
